WIBA runs a programme of monthly events
in a range of locations across Birmingham
and the wider region and aims to bring
a friendly, positive approach to building
business contacts, whilst having some
fun! While enjoying some fine wine and
food at dinner, members get to meet like-minded
women professionals from all sectors –
employed and
self employed.
Typically wiba events are held midweek
from 6.30 p.m. at Mint Hotel, Brindleyplace,
Birmingham (unless otherwise stated),
and include opportunities to network on
arrival, followed by a 20 -40 minute presentation
from a guest speaker prior to dinner.
Speakers are usually invited to share
their experiences and expertise with members
and cover a diverse range of both business
and social topics ranging from wine tasting
to voice coaching.

The forward programme of events is compiled by wiba's voluntary committee based on members' annual feedback and aims to provide stimulating and enjoyable evenings mixing learning, socialising, fine dining and good company.
