Annual General Meeting

Health and wellbeing event at Virgin Active Health Club, Broadway Plaza 12.30pm

Free of charge event for members and friends.  Speakers will talk about the value of exercise and relaxation options.  Finding the right exercise is important for motivation and enjoyment.  Come and see or participate in the latest forms of exercise - V core, aqua aerobics, zumba - some fast classes on offer following lunch and presentation.

Attendees can use  the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, take a fitness test or have your blood pressure taken as part of the offer.
Return to work at 2pm or indulge in some exercise or relaxation for the afternoon.
