West Midlands Women in Business Association
Meeting the needs of today’s business women

Established in 1990, the West Midlands’ Womeni n Business Association (wiba) is one of the premier business women’s associations in the Midlands.

It offers an opportunity for business women, managers and entrepreneurs in Birmingham and the surrounding area to network, develop business skills, learn new ideas and share knowledge with one another and leading businesses in the West Midlands

Wiba has been recognised as a professional voice for businesswomen and featured on BBC Radio 4 and 5 and consulted with Government Departments on policies and issues affecting women at work.

Current Chair, Saranne Morenno, New Business Manager, Fundraising Birmingham Children's Hospital said:

"I am extremely proud to be the current Chair of the Association: WiBA engenders widespread loyalty across a range of business women across the region and an array of industry sectors. WiBA continues to retain members who have been with the organisation throughout its  history, a testament to the warmth of, and support provided by, the organisation and its members.

We offer a friendly, supportive and professional network for women at all stages of their careers. We use social media including Twitter, Facebook, Linked In to keep members informed of events and news as well as offering special offers and discounts to members via our membership directory to provide further value for money.

We look forward to welcoming women to our events, whether new, former or long standing loyal members."
