From the brand of pasta or loo-roll we buy to the top priority business decisions we make. Often these decisions are made for us by our unconscious and could often be holding us back because these decisions are uncertain or uncomfortable – especially just now.

WiBA are delighted to be joined by the NatWest Enterprise Team who will be to taking a deep dive into “The Power of Mindset”. The session workshop will be delivered by Olivia Gifford, Enterprise Acceleration Manager at the NatWest Group and Harinder Kunor, Local Enterprise Manager covering Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire area.

During the workshop Olivia and Harinder will be looking at how our mindset is formed and influenced to understand why different situations feel comfortable or not. You’ll come away with a deeper understanding of your own mindset, where it may be holding you back, and the tools and techniques you need to take the next uncomfortable step – in your own business or career journey.

As part of their broader commitment to remove barriers and help businesses and female entrepreneurs grow, the Natwest Business Builder programme is a suite of workshops tailored to people who want to start, run and grow a business.
