In the month that marks International Women’s Day, WiBA are delighted to be joined by employees from across Irwin Mitchell who will be sharing insights into working for a company recognised for their commitment to creating a great working culture for women.

We will be hearing from Lisa Jordon, Hillary Wetherell and Alice Jeavons, who will be sharing their thoughts on what creates a great working culture for women including discussing some of the steps that Irwin Mitchell have put in place through including their internal initiative IMPowered (to support areas including progression and work life balance), as well as their own reflections on what makes Irwin Mitchell (or indeed any other firm) a great place to work for women.

As well as learning more about what it takes to foster the right culture, we will also hear more about the challenges organisations face, how the right initiatives are developed and implemented and how success is measured and celebrated.

Our speakers will welcome comments, questions, and further discussion from attendees as we connect with contacts, existing and new in WiBA’s welcoming, friendly networking environment.
