The New Normal: Working practices in the post-lockdown era

With the end of the UK’s Coronavirus lockdown finally within touching distance, many of us are once again entering into a “New Normal” in terms of how and where we work.

For those who have been able to work at home efficiently and effectively over the last 15 months, a full time return to the office and the daily commute may no longer be the post-lockdown reality. Whether you are planning to work from home permanently or to follow a hybrid model of office and home, there is sure to be a transition on the horizon.

For others a full time return to the office is looming and with Covid likely to be here to stay in some form or another, a safe return to the office will be key in ensuring a happy, healthy workforce.

Join WiBA for an informal networking session on Zoom where we discuss the practicalities of establishing a new normal in terms of working in the post-lockdown era. We have representatives from a number of sectors who will share their thoughts and experiences about what working practices will look like in their businesses during the second half of 2021, into 2022 and beyond.
