With face to face networking having been on hold for a year, the thought of returning to in person events might feel like a big challenge or might be something you can’t wait for.

Whatever your thoughts, the informal, fun and friendly WiBA August Social Event will hold something for you – whether you are looking to simply pop along for a quick drink and a chat to dip your toe back in, or looking for a more extended catch up with fellow WiBA members and Guests, you will find a warm welcome with WiBA at the Hockley Social Club – a casual neighbourhood hangout with 2 bars, coffee shop, onsite record store, outdoor terrace – and 4 kitchens for anyone who might fancy a bite to eat!

We have purposely chosen our venue due to its large indoor as well as outdoor space which will facilitate safe ongoing social distancing awareness and promote Covid-19 safe practices in our first in person event. We will aim to meet outside at the venue – weather permitting, but safe in the knowledge that there is a large and airy indoor space available if the rain clouds are against us!

You’ll receive a warm welcome amongst friends, old and new, to connect with others face to face and ease back to in person networking events in a safe environment with with plenty of opportunities to share your experiences, business and plans for the ‘new term’!
